Network Technician/Tier One -
TecInfo is looking for an energetic and hard working individual, who, under general supervision, will be responsible for working with existing customer care team supporting client issues:
Basic service issues include: landlines, VoIP, DSL Broadband, Data circuits, number portability, phone feature implementation, network wiring/cabling, account configuration, billing, etc;
Daily responsibilities consist of: support and maintain numerous remote networks, administering system updates and services to workstations/servers, maintenance of LAN /WAN, telecommunication networks, database and web hosting, etc;
Opportunity to learn and work with firewalls, routing (simple to complex), network troubleshooting, sales engineering, and implementing managed services for customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests on all company supported applications.
Communicate directly with new and existing clients on a regular basis by phone or by email to provide information and to ensure the best service possible.
Respond to and complete support tickets in timely manner
Provide support with customer focused details using clear and descriptive methods.
Manage and complete projects efficiently while still managing daily call volume.
Work with multiple departments to provide internal education and assistance regarding SOP (standard operations procedure).
Identify customers needs and communicate with sales team to provide marketing opportunities.
Determine source of customers issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Devise action following SOP then advise customer on appropriate action
Provide recommendations on company application enhancements.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Work within CRM to document cases.
Requirements:
Able to adapt quickly to the changing pace of a dynamic environment.
A well spoken communicator able to relate problems and solutions in an understandable way.
Posses and demonstrate a basic understanding of computers and troubleshooting. A+ Certification or equivalent experience a plus
Decision making ability and multi-tasking skills
Experience in Help Desk/Customer Support is an advantage, but not required.
Proven customer relation skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer focused serviceability.
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, basic internet concepts).
High level of initiative and ability to work well within a team environment.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of TecInfo.
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.

Network/Systems Administrator -
Mature, business minded individual, Under general supervision, will be responsible for administering network(s) for a progressive technology company. Help manage and work with many remote networks, support VoIP services, administering systems and services to workstations and servers for clients. Work will involve systems maintenance of internetworking, communications, database and web hosting systems, working in Corporate Data Center, with firewalls, routing (simple to complex), network troubleshooting, network wiring/cabling, sales engineering, implement managed services for customers, VoIP and wireless WISP technology deployments, management, and troubleshooting. Provide end-user training and assistance. May provide assistance in reporting information (data) and may supervise support staff.
Qualifications: 5 years experience in progressively responsible systems analysis and administration roles.
CCNA, CCNE, MCSE, MCSA, Network+, A+ Certifications or equivalent experience
Skills and Abilities: Must be able to problem solve and thoroughly document remedial actions, Installation and maintenance of hardware (including Raid Arrays and SCSI Raid Controllers)
Configure, Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Routers/Switches/VPN Concentrators
Install and troubleshoot Frame Relay, ATM, DSL, Ethernet, and VPN connections
Support VoIP installations
Configuration and management of Windows 2003/2008 Server, Windows Domains, Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange Server, Active Sync
PC Installation and support maintenance for Windows 2000/XP workstations on Windows Server 2003 Domain (Including repairing hardware and OS software configuration)
Thorough working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (9x, NT, 2000, XP), Networking Protocols, Topologies, Cabling, Data Backup, Routing, Switching, Wireless, IP addressing and sub netting, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Proxies, PC Hardware, Auditing, Firewalls, and Anti-Virus
Experience with Unix/Linux and Sun Solaris operating systems
Programming: HTML, Perl, CGI, PHP, advanced UNIX shell scripting

Corporate IT Accounts Rep -
Successful candidates will need to possess the Ability to Develop Long Term Relationships with multiple types of businesses. This position is responsible for new business development, achieving sales revenue objectives and maintaining relationships with current client base while introducing new and existing clients to additional product offerings. This business environment requires the candidate to be extremely organized, persistent, hardworking, energetic, and motivated by success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote and sell IT Services, Telecommunication Products and Computer Hardware to Business customers.
Develop and grow a sales revenue pipeline through telephone and field prospecting, and product demonstration.
Close business sales to exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Create, enhance, and manage business relationships with new and existing clients to leverage additional opportunities for growth with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
Proactively and creatively understanding client needs and identify solutions to meet those needs.
Routine sales forecasting with accuracy on a consistent basis.
Create, design and competently present sales proposals to clients.
Work with Technical Operations staff during pre-sales and product development initiatives to ensure timely revenue recognition.
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience and success in a sales role. (IT Consulting/Telecom Sales experience preferred, but not required)
Possess Interpersonal skills
Good Work Ethic & a strong desire to succeed
Proven ability to manage complex sales that require qualifying needs, analyzing business and technical requirements for clients, engaging in proof of concept, building a business case and ROI model, managing a contract negotiating cycle, and closing the sale.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a professional presentation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to demonstrate commitment and focus on customer satisfaction, excellence in dealing with co-workers and clients as well as the ability to promote and support a ?team? environment.
